Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to customers across the UK. Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier and destination.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery.

Estimated delivery times are shown where available. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

After notifying us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item. Products should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will provide the appropriate instructions.

Certain items may be excluded from returns where permitted by law. Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless we tell you otherwise.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, UrbanEpoch will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Where required, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
